As of April 1st 2019, due to government reforms, Pilates sessions (with one of our brilliant non-physio Pilates instructors) will no longer be eligible for Private Health Fund Rebates. Our Physiotherapist-led Functional Movement Sessions may be eligible for rebates.
We advise you to check with your health fund as individual health funds & level of cover differ. (We can help you with information to give your health fund (such as item numbers) if you would like to contact them prior to starting with us.)
Sessions
All sessions are 55 minutes duration.
If choosing a Pack option – please note that the full package cost must be paid on or before the date of the first session in that package; otherwise the casual session rate will apply.
Introductory Package
Three Private sessions
$395
Essential to all clients new to Pure Form Pilates & Functional Movement. This is an Introductory Package rate, & as such, this package is only available for each client once.
(Please discuss with us if extensive Studio Pilates has been completed prior – in which case we may be able to do 1-2 initial Private Sessions. At least one initial Private session is always required for assessment & safety purposes.)
Private Sessions
Casual: $150
5 pack: $725
10 pack: $1400
Semi Private / Small Group Sessions
(Maximum three clients in session. Each client doing individual program specific to client’s needs and goals.)
Casual: $72
10 pack: $625
Duet Sessions
Casual: $85 per person
10 pack: $785 per person
Terms & Conditions
Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable & have expiry periods (Introductory Package has six week expiry; Five packs have eight week expiry; Ten packs have 16 weeks expiry).
Regular / Permanent Bookings: If you have a regular booked session (ie: the same day & time each week), we may use our discretion to take you out of that permanent booking should you cancel or miss more than two of the regular sessions in a row &/or if you are inconsistent in your attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that our studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy (cancellations are accepted during office hours). Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the usual rate to ensure fairness to our staff. We understand that sometimes the unforeseeable happens – however we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients. Therefore no exceptions will be made to our Cancellation Policy. We appreciate & thank you for your understanding.
Refer a Friend
We encourage you to refer any friends to us who you think may benefit from our services. As a thank you to you for your referrals, you will receive one complimentary semi private session for every friend you refer who signs up for a ten pack of sessions. Get in touch for more details.
