All of our sessions utilise specialised Pilates equipment (including reformers, trapeze tables / cadillacs, wunda chairs & barrels) & also smaller pieces of equipment such as magic circles, foam rollers & balls. Our sessions are not limited to Pilates equipment & Pilates repertoire. We also make use of equipment such as free weights, kettlebells, Rip 60, FreeForm, Oov, rotator discs, Bosu & much more.
All sessions are fifty five minutes duration.

As of April 1st 2019, due to government reforms, Pilates sessions (with one of our brilliant non-physio Pilates instructors) will no longer be eligible for Private Health Fund Rebates. Our Physiotherapist-led Functional Movement Sessions may be eligible for rebates. We advise you to check with your health fund as individual health funds & level of cover differ.
Please wear clothing that is comfortable for you to exercise in. As true Pilates & Functional Movement relies on precise movements and supervision, it is best to wear something that is fairly streamlined to your body. No shoes are required once you are in the studio, however clean socks are essential at all sessions.
Bathroom and change room.
Filtered drinking water.
It is generally advised that two-three sessions per week are best for optimal results and progress. We understand that this depends on your individual needs and availability so please discuss with us what would be best for you.
The most important thing is that you arrive in comfortable clothing & with a clean pair of socks. We sell non-slip Pilates socks in the studio which help with foot placement & grip (& they look pretty good too!).
Please feel free to bring a sweat towel & a re-useable water bottle (which you can fill with our filtered water). We do have sweat towels & water glasses for our clients as well.
